Job Role: Software Trainer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Trainer with good communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to explain technical concepts clearly, conduct training sessions, and support learners in improving their software skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct software training sessions for employees/students based on project requirements.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Assist trainees in resolving doubts and improving their technical skills.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assignments and assessments.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and training methods.
Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in software technologies and training.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changes.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of programming languages, software tools, or IT concepts.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring is an added advantage.
