We are looking for a L1 System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and basic Windows & networking support. If you're passionate about IT infrastructure and end-user support, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop & hardware issues.
Install, configure & maintain Windows operating systems.
Assemble, upgrade & replace hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, Motherboard, etc.).
Install and configure printers, scanners & other peripherals.
Provide L1 support for hardware, software & basic network-related issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity problems.
Install and configure applications, antivirus & system updates.
Maintain IT assets and hardware inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair & warranty support.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
✅ Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop assembly & repair.
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation & configuration.
Basic understanding of Networking (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of printers, peripherals & device drivers.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualification:
Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
