Shift Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Package: up to 17000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of ticketing tools, and strong Excel knowledge. Freshers with relevant skills are also welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage support tickets through ticketing tools
- Respond to user queries and provide timely support
- Track, update, and close tickets within defined timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain documentation
- Ensure proper follow-up and user communication
Required Skills:
- 0–1 year of experience in helpdesk/support role
- Knowledge of ticketing tools/service desk platforms
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage

- Any Graduate / Diploma
