The Preschool Nanny is responsible for supporting the overall care, safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of children in a preschool environment. The role includes assisting teachers in classroom management, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring children feel secure, nurtured, and engaged throughout the day.
The ideal candidate should be warm, patient, attentive, well-groomed, and passionate about working with young children.
Key Responsibilities
1. Child Care & Safety
2. Always ensure continuous supervision and safety of children
3. Assist children with toileting, handwashing, dressing, and personal hygiene
4. Support children during meals and snack time
5. Comfort and calm children when upset or anxious
6. Monitor children during indoor and outdoor activities
Classroom Support
1. Assist teachers in conducting classroom activities
2. Arrange and organize learning materials, toys, and activity stations
3. Help maintain classroom discipline and routines
4. Support transitions between activities and classes
Required Skills & Qualities
1. Patience and affection toward children
2. Good personal hygiene and grooming
3. Basic communication skills (local language and basic English preferred)
4. Ability to work as part of a team
5. Calm, responsible, and attentive nature
6. Understanding of child safety and hygiene practices
Preferred Qualifications
1. Minimum: 10th Pass / High School Education
2. Prior experience in preschool, daycare, or childcare preferred
Basic first-aid knowledge is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
