Questa Path Labs is looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing healthcare team in Bhopal.
Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Industry: Healthcare / Diagnostics / Pathology
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies for the diagnostic laboratory
* Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and corporate clients
* Generate B2B business and increase sample volumes
* Manage field marketing activities, health camps and promotional campaigns
* Identify new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups
* Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
* Lead and manage the marketing team effectively
* Prepare regular marketing reports and track performance
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in healthcare, diagnostic or pathology marketing preferred
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and field sales
* Target-oriented with good leadership and team-management skills
* Strong local market knowledge will be an advantage
