Position: Finance Manager
Qualification:
- CA Inter cleared (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- 3–8 years of relevant experience (depending on the organization)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle audits and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts.
- Develop and implement financial controls and internal processes.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Advanced Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chalakudi Town, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
