- Assess the patient's physical and emotional health on admission and during each shift.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and document all patient care activities.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free ward environment by following infection control practices.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and home care instructions.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
