Core Job Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Calibrate machines, load programs, and set up tools/raw materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Operation & Monitoring: Oversee machinery during production, adjusting settings as needed to optimize performance.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify compliance with specifications.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) and adhere to safety standards (e.g., 5S system) to ensure a clean, safe workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software.
- Measurement Skills: Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Knowledge of geometry and trigonometry for calculations.
- Experience: Previous experience as a CNC operator or machinist, or completion of relevant technical training/apprenticeship.
- Common Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Technical/vocational training in machining or manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
