Job Summary
We are hiring Outbound Calling Executives for our calling process in Indore. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, and achieving daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make minimum 45 outbound calls per day.
- Communicate with customers professionally and confidently.
- Explain information clearly and handle customer queries.
- Achieve assigned daily calling targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and calling guidelines.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with BPO experience will be preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Good communication skills.
- Confident and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling, have good communication skills, and be willing to work in a target-based environment.
