Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring and controlling finishing operations of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and smooth process flow from annealing to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise grinding, socket finishing, spigot finishing, and visual inspection activities.
- Monitor daily production and shift-wise targets.
- Ensure pipes meet BIS, ISO, and customer quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Zinc Coating, Hydro Testing (HPTM), CML, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and process losses.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Support manpower allocation and shift operations.
- Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 0–3 Years in Ductile Iron Pipe Manufacturing.

- Senior Engineer – Finishing
(Prefered only from same industry or steel industry)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,081.01 per month
