Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Content Creator & Storytelling Specialist who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a filmmaker, understands storytelling, and can create high-quality content that captures attention across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience in content strategy, scriptwriting, directing, videography, and editing. They should know how to operate professional cameras, understand camera angles, lighting, composition, and create compelling videos that deliver results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content concepts and storytelling ideas for client brands.
- Plan, script, direct, and execute video shoots.
- Operate DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras confidently.
- Understand camera movements, framing, composition, lighting, and cinematic angles.
- Capture high-quality videos for advertisements, social media, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit videos using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, filmmaking techniques, and social media best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with client objectives and brand identity.
Required Skills
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent videography and cinematography skills.
- Proficiency in camera operation and different camera systems.
- Knowledge of camera angles, lighting, composition, and shot planning.
- Experience directing talent during shoots.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Ability to plan and execute content independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, filmmaking, or digital media.
- Portfolio showcasing storytelling, commercial videos, or branded content.
- Experience working with brands or marketing agencies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of drone videography and motion graphics is a plus.
