We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting students and parents with admission-related queries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding admissions, courses, colleges, and counseling services.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and available programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counseling sessions and appointments.
- Update and maintain records in CRM or databases.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, education counseling, or sales is preferred.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
