Business Development Manager – Edible Oils
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented professionals to drive the expansion of our edible oils business across key markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing distribution networks, driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building a sustainable market presence within their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand distribution networks across assigned territories.
- Drive volume growth through General Trade, Modern Trade, HORECA, Institutional, and Wholesale channels.
- Identify and appoint distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build and execute market development plans to increase market share.
- Manage and develop regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and collection targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets within the region.
What We Are Looking For
Background
- Experience in FMCG, Food Distribution, Agri-Commodities, Edible Oils, or related industries.
- Proven experience in building, developing, or managing distribution networks.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and channel management.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in field sales, channel development, business development, or regional sales management.
- Minimum 2 years of independently managing a geography, region, or sales team.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable sales growth.
Mindset
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven.
- Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving market environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a growth mindset.
