Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers from order confirmation to project completion.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Planning, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Prepare and draft professional emails for customer communication, project updates, approvals, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with prompt follow-up.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, dispatch schedules, and installation progress.
- Prepare and maintain customer records, correspondence, MOMs, and project documentation.
- Follow up with customers for approvals, pending documents, payments, and feedback.
- Support the sales team with post-order coordination and customer relationship management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Client Servicing.
- Experience in the PEB, construction, manufacturing, or engineering industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
