Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Eranhipalam, calicut
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: General Manager / Director
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage and motivate the marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support revenue growth.
- Organize promotional activities, events, and brand-building initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Valid driving license preferred.
