Job Description:
Role - Maintenance Engineer (HVAC & AHU)
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, fit, and install mechanical machinery and equipment as per technical drawings and instructions.
- Ensure correct alignment and functioning of machine components.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, pumps, conveyors, Laser machine compressors, and other mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and replace defective parts.
- Lubricate, clean, and service machines to improve efficiency and lifespan.
- Carry out basic fabrication, drilling, grinding, and welding tasks when required.
- Ensure safety and quality standards during fabrication/repair work.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
- Provide support to production teams during machine setup and changeover.
- Follow all safety procedures while handling tools, equipment, and machinery.
Key Skills/Abilities
- Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting, assembly, and repair work.
- Experience in operating workshop tools (lathe, drill machine, grinder, welding set, etc.).
- solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Teamwork and ability to work under minimal supervision.
