Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Candidate must have working hands on experience of more than 6 years as a Salesforce developer and having thorough knowledge on CPQ would be beneficial.
- Strong Visualforce and Apex code knowledge. Work on customizing multiple managed package in salesforce
- Good analysis skill is required to understand the Client requirements and provide solution for the same.
- Should be capable of providing solutions in terms of code optimization or re factoring that can improve the system performance.
- Debugging skill and technical hands-on coding configuration
- Implementation experience and domain knowledge in Salesforce Sales/ functionality and any of following multiple CRM subject areas.
- Certifications must include 401 & 501
- Additionally, it would be good if certified as well for TECHNICAL/APPLICATION/SYSTEM architect
Good Knowledge on LWC is must
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Should have a thorough understanding of Salesforce.com project lifecycle.
- Experience reviewing and documenting code.
- Knowledge on Source Control.
