Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.Customize and configure FSL components including Service Appointments, Work Orders, Service Resources, Service Territories, Scheduling Policies, and Dispatcher Console.Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows.Configure and optimize scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, and mobile workforce management processes.Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.Develop custom business logic using Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Platform Events.Support Field Service Mobile App configurations and enhancements.Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.Job Requirements3-4 years of Salesforce development experience with minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience.Strong expertise in Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Scheduling Policies, Dispatcher Console, and Field Service Mobile App.Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementations.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, and enterprise application integrations.Knowledge of Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD deployment processes.Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.Experience in end-to-end implementation, customization, enhancement, and production support projects.Prior experience working with MNCs or large enterprise environments is mandatory.Salesforce Field Service Consultant and Platform Developer certifications preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
