What You'll Do
- Develop and improve industrial products such as Hot Water Systems, Temperature Control Units, Utility Skids, Heat Transfer Systems, and Process Equipment
- Create detailed engineering drawings and designs using AutoCAD
- Prepare BOMs, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation
- Coordinate with sales, production, vendors, and customers during product development
- Analyze customer requirements and convert them into practical engineering solutions
- Support prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and product optimization
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and performance standards
What We're Looking For
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical Engineering Preferred) or with strong technical background
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Development, Design Engineering, or Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD
- Technically sound with strong understanding of mechanical systems, heat transfer, pumps, piping, fabrication, and industrial processes
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and engineering documents
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
