WebSenor Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Vendor Intern to support procurement and packaging operations. This internship offers practical exposure to vendor coordination, purchasing processes, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the purchase and sale of packaging materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and order follow-ups.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support inventory tracking and packaging requirement planning.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Help identify potential vendors and compare quotations.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement, purchasing, or vendor coordination is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
