Your Mission
Be the force that keeps the Founder focused on vision while you ensure execution.
You'll Handle
- Founder calendar & priority management
- Project coordination with internal teams
- Client communication & follow-ups
- Meeting planning, MOM & execution tracking
- SOP creation and process improvement
- Vendor & partner coordination
- Research, presentations & strategic documentation
- Confidential business operations
- Making sure "nothing falls through the cracks"

Bonus If You Have
- Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Trello or similar tools.
- Understanding of branding, marketing or business strategy.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
- AI productivity tool experience (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
