Telecaller / Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls on company-provided data
- Generate leads and identify potential customers
- Explain products/services and understand customer requirements
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Assist in preparing quotations and sales-related documents
- Support sales coordination and customer communication
- Maintain and update customer database regularly
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, MS Office)
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
