Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to manage and expand sales in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, strengthening channel sales, and promoting construction material products in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field sales activities in the assigned territory
- Identify, onboard, and manage dealers and distributors
- Strengthen channel sales and drive secondary sales growth
- Develop relationships with retailers, contractors, masons, and applicators
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
- Promote construction chemicals, wall putty, and related products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily field visit reports and sales documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (mandatory)
- Experience in construction chemicals, wall putty, cement, paints, or building materials preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the local market
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
