Evolvx Labs is looking for a creative, user-focused UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences that power the next generation of AI products and enterprise software. The Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you won't just create beautiful screens. You'll design products that improve how businesses operate, making complex workflows intuitive and enjoyable to use. You'll collaborate closely with developers and the founding team to shape the user experience of AI-powered products and custom ERP systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience Design
Research user needs, understand business workflows, and create intuitive experiences for enterprise applications.
User Interface Design
Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for web applications, dashboards, and AI-powered platforms.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Create user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Design Systems
Build and maintain reusable design components and ensure consistency across products.
Collaboration
Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
User-Centered Problem Solving
Simplify complex business processes into clean, efficient, and easy-to-use interfaces.
Product Improvement
Gather feedback, identify usability issues, and continuously improve the user experience.
Design Quality
Maintain visual consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across all platforms.
Continuous Learning
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
What We're Looking ForDesign Skills
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Design Tools
Experience with Figma is preferred. Knowledge of Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage.
User Thinking
Ability to understand user behavior and translate business requirements into intuitive product experiences.
Creativity
Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating clean, modern, and functional interfaces.

Fast learner who enjoys experimenting, receiving feedback, and improving continuously.
