Job Purpose
To maintain a safe, secure, and orderly environment within the hospital by preventing unauthorized entry, managing aggressive or disruptive behaviour, assisting in crowd control, and supporting the security team during emergencies while ensuring the safety and dignity of patients, visitors, and staff.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bouncer/Security Officer in hospitals, hotels, airports, malls, or other high-footfall establishments.
- Experience in handling difficult situations and crowd management is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Physically fit with good stamina.
- Strong observation and situational awareness.
- Ability to respond quickly during emergencies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
