Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries professionally.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception.
- Maintain office records, files, and employee documents.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and appointments.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email).
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
