- Provide comprehensive, personalized service to the principals, anticipating their needs and preferences with utmost discretion.
- Oversee all aspects of household management, including scheduling and supervising other household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, etc.).
- Manage and maintain the principals' wardrobes, including packing and unpacking for travel, dry cleaning coordination, and ensuring all items are immaculately presented.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the principals.
- Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, ensuring seamless service and impeccable presentation.
- Serve meals and beverages with formal dining etiquette, including wine service, table setting, and clear-down.
- Manage household inventories, including provisions, fine china, crystal, and silver, ensuring proper care and stock levels.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage schedules, and perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Act as a primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and service providers, overseeing their work and ensuring high standards are met.
- Maintain the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times, adhering strictly to confidentiality protocols.
- Perform valet duties, including shoe care, pressing, and personal errands.
