- Assessment and Reporting: Regularly mark student work, track academic progress, and provide constructive feedback to boost performance in internal and board exams.
- Classroom Management: Establish a safe, disciplined, and stimulating environment that encourages student participation and meets health and safety policies.
- Pastoral Care and Development: Monitor student welfare and, in some roles, act as a form tutor, serving as the first point of contact for student needs.
- Professional Development and Collaboration: Participate in department meetings, staff training, and curriculum development initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, with a Postgraduate qualification often preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum, specifically IGCSE or A-Level Business Studies, is generally required.
