Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee records, statutory compliance, attendance management, and general HR operations. The role will primarily focus on hiring field staff such as Appliance Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Housekeeping Executives, and other operational personnel while ensuring smooth HR processes and employee compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for field and office roles
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and document verification
- Manage job postings, consultants, ITIs, placement partners, and recruitment drives
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Onboarding & Employee Management
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Conduct induction and orientation programs
- Coordinate issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and other company assets
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Payroll & Attendance
- Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records
- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing
- Verify incentives, allowances, reimbursements, and deductions
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries
Compliance & HR Operations
- Maintain employee records as per company and statutory requirements
- Support PF, ESI, Labour Law, and other compliance activities
- Ensure completion and maintenance of employee documentation
- Assist during audits and compliance reviews
- Track contract renewals, confirmations, and employee lifecycle activities
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and coordinate resolutions
- Support disciplinary processes and policy implementation
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture
- Coordinate communication between management and field teams
Requirements
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Experience hiring blue-collar, field service, or technical staff preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, PF, ESI, and labour compliances
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

Office Location: Sector 95A, Pataudi Road, Gurgaon - Haryana
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
