Dr. Sobti's Dental Care is a premium, implant-focused dental clinic in West Delhi, known for digital full-arch implant prosthetics (All-on-X), guided surgery, CBCT-based planning, and an in-house digital lab. We run the clinic like a luxury healthcare experience — patients come to us for trust, comfort, and outcomes, not just a procedure.
The role in one line
You are one of the first clinical faces patients meet. You consult with new enquiries and walk-ins, help them understand their treatment, and work side by side with our patient-conversion team to guide them to the right treatment plan.
What this role really is
Most patients want to understand their problem before committing. You give them that: a genuine, unhurried consultation and a clear, honest explanation of what's going on and what it will take to fix it. You are not selling — you are building understanding and trust. Our patient-conversion team handles scheduling, options, and the commercial side, so you can stay focused on the patient and the clinical picture.
Key responsibilities
1. Clinical — patient consultation & routine dentistry
- Consult with patients (new enquiries and walk-ins); record chief complaint, take history, perform clinical examination, arrive at a provisional diagnosis.
- Advise and interpret basic investigations (IOPA / OPG / CBCT) as needed.
- Perform routine clinical procedures within your competence (scaling, restorations, simple extractions).
- Identify treatment needs and explain them clearly and honestly.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and ensure informed consent is documented for every procedure.
2. Treatment coordination & conversion
- Translate clinical findings into simple, patient-friendly language — what's wrong, why it needs treatment, and why this clinic is the right place to do it.
- Present treatment plans, phasing, and options; answer clinical questions and address clinical hesitations.
- Partner with the patient-conversion team: you provide the clinical credibility, they handle scheduling, follow-ups, and the commercial conversation to confirm the booking.
- Coordinate each case across the front desk and in-house lab so treatment moves smoothly.
- Keep records, consent forms, and treatment plans complete and filed.
- Follow up on undecided patients where clinical reassurance is what's needed.
- Own your coordination outcomes: consultations seen → treatments accepted → treatments started.
Who you'll work with / reporting
- Reports to the Clinic Director.
- Works side by side with the patient-conversion team.
- Coordinates with the front desk and in-house lab.
What we're looking for
Must-have
- BDS with valid Dental Council registration (State / DCI). Freshers and early-career dentists (0–2 years) welcome.
- Warm, confident, well-groomed personality with excellent communication.
- Ability to explain clinical concepts simply and put patients at ease.
- Fluent Hindi and English; comfortable with Delhi's patient mix.
- Genuine interest in patient experience and in learning the business side of dentistry.
Good to have
- Exposure to (or eagerness to learn) digital dentistry, implants, CBCT, smile design, and treatment planning.
- Any patient-facing or premium-service sensibility — aesthetic / derma clinic, hospitality, or similar.

Compensation
Fixed monthly base + performance incentive tied to treatments converted and collected. Commensurate with an early-career profile; discussed at interview.

- 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Rajouri Garden, West Delhi.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
