Sikka Group is hiring target-driven CRM Recovery & Collection Professionals (Executive to Assistant Manager level) for Sikka Mall of Noida: Sector 98 & Sikka Mall of Expressway: Near Pari Chowk, Greater Noida
NOTE: This role strictly requires prior experience in the Real Estate sector & Immediate Joiner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Recovery: Conduct daily follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings to recover overdue construction-linked payments.
- Ageing Management: Track and clear 30-60-90+ day outstanding payment buckets.
- Demand & Ledgers: Issue accurate milestone demand letters and resolve ledger/delayed interest (DPI) disputes.
- Hard Enforcement: Issue RERA-compliant final legal reminders and unit cancellation notices to chronic defaulters.
- Bank Coordination: Follow up with banks and HFCs to speed up home loan disbursements and TPA processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of hard-core Collections / Arrears Management strictly within the Real Estate sector (Mandatory).
- Software: Proficiency in Real Estate ERP (Pinga /Tally) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Skills: Strong negotiation grit, polite yet firm communication (English & Hindi), and a high-pressure mindset.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of RERA default clauses, builder-buyer agreements, and construction milestone
