6) Job Description :
- Handle export and import documentation, including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and LC documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and overseas customers for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other import/export regulations.
- Prepare and maintain EXIM records, shipment tracking, and documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
- Experience in the Pharma/Chemical industry will be preferred.
