Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose the right courses.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses and admission procedures.
- Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records.
- Explain course details, fees, and schedules.
- Support students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams.
- Achieve admission targets while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
