About The Role
Vinod Atul & Associates is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts, Finance, and Audit functions for a Singapore-based group with business operations across Singapore, the USA, the UK, and the Netherlands.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure while working with global stakeholders and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial reporting for international entities.
- Handle accounts payable, vendor management, and cross-border transactions.
- Perform bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Coordinate payroll processes with overseas stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and advisors.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP software (Oracle NetSuite or similar preferred).
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong Ownership and attention to details
Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)
Since the role involves regular interaction with overseas teams and stakeholders, candidates must possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
