Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per Month
Qualification: Graduate in any Stream
Experience: 1–3 Years in a Managerial Role (Retail Industry Preferred)
Job Summary
BDS Group is hiring a Store Manager for its Titan World Franchisee Store in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading retail store operations, driving sales performance, managing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive store sales and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and minimize stock losses.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure operational compliance.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with the corporate team for smooth store operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager role in retail.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Target-driven with excellent customer service orientation.
- Experience in watches in Mandatory.
