About the Role:
Blujay Robotics Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior IT Engineer to lead and strengthen our IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring seamless network operations, system security, and overall IT efficiency across the organization.
We are seeking a professional who brings strong technical expertise in networking along with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, and who can take ownership of IT operations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end management and optimization of IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
· Ensure maximum system availability, performance, scalability, and reliability across IT environments
· Take ownership of critical troubleshooting and resolution of complex network, system, and infrastructure issues
· Administer, manage, and optimize Windows Server environments and Microsoft ecosystem services
· Design, implement, and enforce network security controls, including firewall policies and VPN architecture
· Strengthen IT security posture through implementation of security protocols and data protection measures
· Plan and manage backup strategies, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity frameworks
· Oversee NAS and SAN infrastructure setup, configuration, and performance optimization
· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for infrastructure support and improvements
· Evaluate, recommend, and implement infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives
· Ensure strict compliance with IT governance, policies, and industry standards
· Support Active Directory, Mail Services, and enterprise server infrastructure management
Core Requirements:
· 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
· Strong expertise in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, etc.)
· Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and structured cabling (Ethernet crimping and setup)
· Strong working knowledge of Linux platforms (installation, administration, and troubleshooting)
· Excellent understanding of Windows Server environments and Microsoft technologies
· Experience in server setup and administration for Windows and Linux systems
· Knowledge of Active Directory Services and Mail Server administration
· Hands-on experience with NAS and SAN storage solutions (setup, configuration, and maintenance)
· Operational knowledge of database servers, including MS SQL and related systems
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in high-pressure environments with ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
· Microsoft Certifications (MCSA / MCSE / Azure) preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
