Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and expanding market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned area
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Expand customer base and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in sales (Pharma preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
