Job Summary
Ambica Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site supervision experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure quality work while meeting project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain daily site reports and update project status.
- Verify material usage and ensure proper inventory management.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and report to the management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and site execution.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
