Sales Officer - Work From Home

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for driven Sales Officers to represent NXTsft in their assigned city/territory. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for selling subscription plans and building NXTsft’s presence across Home Owners, Buyers, Sellers, Builders, and Channel Partners in your location.
This is a full-time, performance-driven role with career growth opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **B2C Sales**: Contact and convert Home Owners, Property Sellers, and Buyers to NXTsft subscription plans via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
2. **B2B Onboarding**: Identify and onboard Builders, Developers, and Channel Partners/Agents for corporate subscriptions
3. **Territory Management**: Own sales targets for your assigned city/area and ensure maximum market penetration
4. **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through digital, referrals, and local networking
5. **CRM & Reporting**: Update daily activities, leads, and conversions in CRM. Submit weekly reports to Manager
6. **Customer Support**: Guide customers on subscription benefits and ensure smooth onboarding
**Compensation & Benefits:**
1. **Salary**: ₹10,000 Fixed + Up to ₹20,000 Performance Incentives = ₹30,000/Month

4. **Growth**: Promotion to "Senior Sales Officer" and "Team Leader" in 6 months
5. **Tools**: CRM Access, Sales Scripts, Marketing Material, and Lead Support provided
**Eligibility Criteria:**
1. **Education**: 12th Pass / Graduate | Any Stream
2. **Experience**: 0-3 years in Sales, TeleSales, Real Estate, Insurance, or BDE preferred. Freshers welcome
3. **Skills**: Excellent communication in Hindi + English + Local language. Target-driven, Good negotiation, Smartphone + Internet
4. **Requirements**: Laptop/Desktop, Stable internet, Quiet workspace, Available 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
