Job Summary
CADOne Solutions Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative to promote and generate business opportunities for our specialised manufacturing technology solutions.
The selected candidate will focus on identifying potential customers, generating qualified sales leads, conducting regular follow-ups and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities. The role involves promoting solutions such as Autodesk CAM products, production monitoring software, asset tracking solutions, quality inspection software, digital manufacturing solutions and other industry-specific technologies.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident in customer communication, interested in technology and manufacturing, and motivated to build a career in solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach potential customers from manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
● Generate qualified sales leads for Autodesk CAM products, production monitoring systems, asset tracking solutions, quality inspection software and other vertical industry solutions.
● Understand the customer’s business, manufacturing process and operational challenges through initial discussions.
● Introduce relevant software solutions and communicate their business benefits clearly.
● Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the technical and field sales teams.
● Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
● Support the preparation and follow-up of quotations, proposals and commercial discussions.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM or sales tracking system.
● Coordinate with the technical, marketing and field sales teams to progress opportunities.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets.
● Follow up with existing customers for renewals, additional requirements, upgrades and cross-selling opportunities.
● Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, seminars, exhibitions and customer outreach activities.
● Keep up to date with the company’s products, industry trends and developments in manufacturing technology.

The candidate will primarily work on generating opportunities for solutions including:
● Autodesk CAM and advanced manufacturing software
● CNC programming and machining automation solutions
● Production monitoring and shop-floor management software
● Asset tracking and industrial IoT solutions
● Quality inspection and reporting software
● Manufacturing data management and digital transformation solutions
● Other CAD, CAM, CAE, PDM and manufacturing technology products offered by CADOne Solutions
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering or a related field.
● Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in technology sales may apply.
● Previous experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation, B2B sales or software sales will be an advantage.
● Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
● Ability to communicate confidently with engineers, managers, business owners and senior decision-makers.
● Basic understanding of manufacturing, engineering, CNC machining or industrial processes will be an advantage.
● Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and CRM or sales management tools.
● Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
● Experience selling CAD, CAM, CAE, ERP, MES, IoT, quality management or other industrial software solutions.
● Familiarity with Autodesk products or manufacturing technology solutions.
● Experience in generating B2B leads from manufacturing industries.
● Ability to understand customer requirements and position value-based solutions.
● Knowledge of the manufacturing ecosystem in Tamil Nadu and South India.
