We are looking for an exceptional Principal Architect - IT, Data Quality & MDM who can be a key member of the Data & Analytics team. In this position, you will partner with business stakeholders from divisions and functions including Global Supply Chain, Global Ops, Sales, Service and Finance to improve master data quality across various data domains. Working in partnership with business data stewards you will architect, design and implement solutions leveraging Master Data Management platform and tools.
This role focuses on establishing single source of truth (SSOT), implementing data quality and cleansing frameworks, and enabling real-time integration and automation supported by CI/CD-driven deployment models.

Master Data Cleansing Approach:

Develop and execute a comprehensive data cleansing approach aligned with industry best practices.

Help implement data quality monitoring and governance processes and tools.

Automate validation and remediation workflows using CAI (Cloud Application Integration) by:
-
Designing integration workflows for automated data quality checks across source and target systems
-
Leveraging event-driven and API-based integrations for real-time validation of master data
-
Implementing rule engines for intelligent data cleansing, anomaly detection, and auto-remediation
-
Orchestrating workflows for bulk and incremental data corrections using integration pipelines
Master Data Management Architecture
-
Design and implement End-to-End Master Data Management architectures and solutions for Vendor, Customer, Items, etc.

Ensure that master data is established as a single source of truth across IT systems by integrating master data from the MDM system.

Apply CAI techniques to enable seamless system connectivity, including:
-
Building scalable integration frameworks between MDM, ERP, CRM, and downstream applications
-
Implementing real-time and batch data synchronization using integration platforms (IDMC CAI services)
-
Using API management and microservices-based integration patterns for master data consumption
-
Enabling intelligent data exchange mapping, transformation, and schema alignment
Data Quality Approach:
-
Work with stakeholders to profile data quality of critical data elements, create data quality scorecards, develop and implement data cleansing rules.

Develop and implement data de-duplication techniques for creating unique master data records.
-
Research third-party reference data sources such as D&B, Address Doctor, etc., and help integrate data quality management.

Develop and implement a reference data management approach.

Enhance data quality processes using CAI capabilities, including:
-
Integrating external data enrichment services through APIs for real-time validation
-
Detect duplicates, inconsistencies, and patterns within integration pipelines
-
Automating data profiling and scorecard generation using intelligent workflows
Incident Management and Recovery:
-
Develop standard operating procedures to monitor solutions.
-
Train vendor and internal resources to execute standard operating procedures.
-
Lead incident response efforts in the event of data quality/MDM platform and application incidents.

Utilize CAI-driven monitoring and automation by:
-
Implementing proactive alerting mechanisms through integration monitoring tools
-
Automating incident detection and triggering remediation workflows
-
Enabling root cause analysis using integrated logs
-
Designing recovery workflows for rapid restoration of data integrity
Training:
-
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders and cross functional team members on data quality best practices, and solutions

Foster a culture of data quality awareness within the data & analytics organization.
Documentation and Reporting:
-
Maintain detailed documentation of OT MDM architecture, policies, and procedures.

Produce reports and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

Include CAI artifacts such as:

Integration architecture diagrams and workflow definitions
-
API specifications and data flow mappings
-
Documentation within integration pipelines
-
Monitoring dashboards and automated reporting frameworks
Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with platforms and tools (IDMC), and evolving AI technologies.

Drive continuous improvement in IT and Data Quality/MDM solutions.

Continuously enhance CAI capabilities by:

Evaluating and adopting new integration patterns (event-driven, serverless, API-first)
-
Incorporating Generative AI and Cognitive AI for advanced data management use cases
-
Optimizing integration performance, scalability, and reliability
-
Introducing intelligent automation to reduce manual intervention in MDM processes
Skills You Bring:
-
3+ years of recent experience implementing enterprise Master Data Management Solutions in Vendor, Customer, and/or Item Master leveraging Informatica MDM Cloud (IDMC) platform and tools.

Overall 15+ years of hands-on experience in data & analytics project implementations as an Informatica Data Integration and MDM developer.
-
Proficient in Data Quality and MDM implementation approaches.
-
A proactive individual capable of managing multiple technical tasks.
-
Experience in setting up Informatica MDM environments and access controls.
-
Experience working with Informatica support, raising cases, and driving issue resolution.
-
Experience in developing technical delivery plans, mentoring junior team members, reviewing code, and leading integration of components that drive overall solutions.

Strong database skills, highly proficient in SQL and data analysis.
Proven experience with Informatica IDMC, including:

UI configurations
-
Data and App Integrations (near real-time and batch)
-
Cloud Application Integration (CAI) services for workflow orchestration and automation
Strong hands-on experience in CAI capabilities, including:

Designing and deploying integration processes, APIs, and event-driven workflows
-
Implementing AI-enabled integration use cases (data enrichment, validation, anomaly detection)

Working with REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems, and middleware

Automating business processes using integration platforms
