Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in patients and respond to phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and procedures.
- Explain clinic services, treatment plans, and packages to prospective patients.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into consultations and treatments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing patients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the clinic team for smooth patient flow.
- Ensure accurate patient registration and documentation in the clinic software.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain daily enquiry, consultation, and conversion reports.
- Assist in billing coordination and payment follow-ups when required.
- Support marketing campaigns and patient engagement initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Patient Coordination, Front Office, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, or wellness industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/clinic management software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
