Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders through Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other e-commerce channels using Zoho Inventory.
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, labeling, and timely dispatch of shipments.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests through courier and order management systems.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, shipment tracking, delivery issues, and escalations.
- Manage and process RTO (Return to Origin) shipments, including quality checks, inventory updates, and restocking.
- Maintain inventory records, including batch-wise tracking, stock reconciliation, and stock movement monitoring.
- Handle cosmetic products with care, ensuring compliance with packaging, storage, and expiry standards.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices for batch-controlled products.
- Perform inward and outward stock entries, GRN processing, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical stock verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment planning.
- Manage marketplace inventory synchronization to avoid stock discrepancies and overselling.
- Coordinate with customer support and operations teams regarding order status, returns, replacements, and inventory issues.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all warehouse and inventory transactions.
- Work closely with Accounts and Operations teams for inventory reconciliation and reporting.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Prior experience in Cosmetics/Beauty/Personal Care inventory management is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience managing orders from Amazon, Shopify etc.
- Experience with Zoho Inventory and batch-wise inventory management is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
