We’re Hiring: Transaction Coordinator (Part‑Time | Remote – India)
We’re a growing US residential real estate operations business and are looking for a Part‑Time Transaction Coordinator to support a small number of active transactions.
This is an execution‑focused, SOP‑driven role — ideal for someone who enjoys organization, checklists, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Location
Remote (India)
Preference: Dehradun / Uttarakhand
Time Commitment
- Part‑time (10–20 hours/week)
- US time zone overlap required (IST evening hours)
What You’ll Do
- Set up buyer‑side and listing‑side transaction files
- Upload executed contracts and documents into the CRM
- Track key dates and checklists from contract to close
- Request missing documents using approved templates
- Send status updates (admin only)
- Prepare closing packets for review
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in US real estate admin / transaction coordination
- Comfortable working with SOPs and checklists
- Strong written English
- Detail‑oriented and dependable
- Prior experience with SkySlope, Dotloop, or similar tools is a plus
Compensation
- ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 INR per transaction, depending on experience, Opportunity to move to full‑time as volume grows.
