Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Analyst with a strong background in E-commerce/Quick Commerce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing high-budget digital campaigns using Amazon Ads, Criteo, and/or Citrus, with the ability to optimize performance and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Criteo, and Citrus.
- Handle monthly advertising budgets of ₹50 Lakhs or above.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Work closely with international stakeholders (Australia/Canada markets).
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for new and existing products.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend strategies to improve performance.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads and Criteo/Citrus (minimum any 2 mandatory).
- Strong experience in E-commerce or Quick Commerce.
- Experience managing high-value advertising budgets (₹50L+/month).
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and interact with global stakeholders.
Preferred Background
Candidates from E-commerce/D2C brands and digital marketing agencies will be preferred.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
