About TSM:
Chennai's oldest used car dealership, established in 1935. Three generations of family ownership. We buy and sell pre-owned cars and arrange financing through 8+ bank tie-ups. High-volume inbound lead pipeline across Meta, Website, IVR, and WhatsApp.
The Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for every inbound lead — qualifying them before they reach our sales team. Your job is to assess the car, the seller's intent, and the urgency, then hand off only the leads worth pursuing. Done right, this role directly improves our acquisition rate.
What You'll Do:
- Call all inbound leads promptly — speed matters, especially IVR and WhatsApp
- Qualify on key parameters: make, model, year, KMS driven, location, price expectation, urgency
- Capture everything accurately in the CRM — no gaps, no placeholder entries
- Flag priority leads (sub-40k km, Chennai-based) to sales in real time
- Follow up on missed connects — minimum 3 attempts before marking uncontacted
- Filter out junk and duplicate leads before they consume sales bandwidth
- Hand off warm leads with a brief context summary to the assigned salesperson
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent Tamil and English — you'll switch between them mid-call without hesitation
- Hindi or Telugu is a strong added advantage
- 1+ year telecalling experience — automotive, real estate, or financial services preferred
- Clear, confident phone presence with strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Disciplined CRM hygiene — every call logged, every detail captured
- Familiarity with the used car market is a plus
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Royapettah office
Fixed salary + performance incentive linked to qualified lead conversion rate
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
