About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should be confident in generating leads, identifying business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and closing deals.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and play a key role in driving the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and sell Digital Marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and online presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services company.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and proposal creation is an added advantage.

Work Policy
- First 2–3 months: Work From Home (WFH) during the onboarding and training period.
- Post onboarding: Work From Office (Ahmedabad) to encourage better collaboration and team growth.
