We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with potential clients, generate business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling IT Services, Website Development Services, Digital Marketing Services, or similar B2B solutions.
Candidates with experience in both Domestic and International Sales will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Present and explain company services effectively.
- Promote Digital Marketing, Website Development, IT Services, and related solutions.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Experience in selling IT Services, Website Development Services, Digital Marketing Services, SaaS, or B2B Services preferred.
- Experience in Domestic and/or International Sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong sales aptitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to confidently handle client conversations and objections.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Self-motivated, smart, and proactive professional.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong English communication is mandatory.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work towards assigned sales goals and revenue targets.
- Comfortable handling the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to deal closure.
- Strong ability to convert prospects into customers through effective communication and relationship building.
- Self-motivated professional who takes ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to consistently follow up, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency, IT Services, Website Development, SaaS, or Technology Sales.
- Exposure to Domestic and/or International Client Communication.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Candidates with a technical or IT-related educational background will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
