About the Role
ResearchAyu is looking for a highly analytical and proactive Marketing Data Scientist to take ownership of our marketing and business data ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building scalable data pipelines, uncovering revenue opportunities, developing predictive models, and driving business decisions through advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Audit end-to-end marketing and business data across CRM, Digital Marketing, EMR, and Clinic Operations.
- Develop predictive models for lead scoring, demand forecasting, and customer lifetime value.
- Perform funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks and revenue leakages.
- Build attribution models for marketing performance measurement.
- Design executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Data Science, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- Expert-level SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks such as Airflow or dbt.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Conversion API (CAPI), and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical analysis, A/B testing, forecasting, and attribution modeling.
- Experience working with BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or AWS Redshift.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, D2C, Retail, E-commerce, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience with marketing attribution and customer analytics.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
