Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in New Delhi, focused on supporting HR, Sales, and Marketing activities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, helping with onboarding documentation, and contributing to HR policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives. In Sales, the intern may support lead generation, follow up with prospects under supervision, help prepare sales presentations, and assist with updating CRM or sales reports. In Marketing, the intern may help coordinate campaigns, support social media and basic content tasks, gather market insights, and assist with organizing events or promotional activities. The role involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparation of reports and documentation, and maintaining clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. The internship is structured to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to multiple business functions.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in people operations and organizational development.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to support their communication and basic implementation.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records, handling documentation, and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in Sales and Marketing activities, including customer outreach, market research, and campaign support.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
